We tried (and liked) dilled Brussel sprouts. I got them on sale (~$4 a bottle) but as you can see, they are normally more expensive than gasoline in California.
I decided to give fermentation a shot. I bought the "The Easy Fermenter Full Kit - 3 Lids + 3 Weights + Pump" and some wide mouth mason jars. For this first batch, I'm making the southern carrots and a hot pepper Brussel sprout combo. We'll see how it turns out next week.
